Kabe Eco
Kabe Eco is an entrance mat for entrances with requirements for good aesthetics combined with good function. The mat is a modern interpretation of the original Kabe mat from the 1940s, with a durable structure of wood batons and rubber strip. The entrance mat is available in black (Original), red (Colour) and grey (Colour) rubber and can be obtained with a brass strip fitted on the end profile. Kabe Eco is 100% recyclable, can be rolled up and is suitable for use indoors.

RUBBER STRIP
A composition that is especially resistant
to extreme temperature variations.
Black: EPDM 70° Shore. Grey or Red: TPE
65° Shore. Dimensions 22 x 3.7 mm.
END PROFILE
Oak, dimensions 20 x 22 mm, which can be covered
with brass strip.
ASSEMBLY
Rubber strips and wooden batons are joined
with clamps. The mat is held together by Ø 2.3
mm stainless steel wire.
SURFACE TREATMENT
The wooden batons are stained and clear varnished.
RECYCLING
Kabe Eco is 100% recyclable.
INSTALLATION
Generally speaking, all types of mat should always be laid on a level, solid surface. Install on level, solid surface recessed in the floor using kerb angle frame Kabe 20R or, alternatively Kabe 22R, or on-floor Kabe mat ramp, type 2.
Always state measurements A = width and B = length with specifications and when ordering.
CARE
The mat is designed with identical surfaces and should be reversed at least once a year, for maximum service life. Do not use chemicals to clean the mat, only water.
