Outlet Grids
Cantilevered, hot-dip galvanised, open, steel bottom frame for Kabe Original entrance mats. Used to obtain a self-cleaning function, where the dirt from the shoes falls through both the mat and the outlet grid, down into a deeper recess. In this way, the entrance mat becomes almost self-cleaning all year round.
The dirt collected only needs to be removed roughly 1-2 times a year, depending on the traffic intensity and the season. Kabe outlet grids are made of grating with a perforated plate welded on, which functions both as a level, stable surface that doesn’t damage the mat and as a flange to the support edge. Ferrules in deeper recesses should maintain an internal height of 25 mm to fit Kabe outlet grids combined with the Kabe Original entrance mat.
Kabe outlet grids are cantilevered up to max. 1200 mm. For dispersed load max. 500 kg/m².
